Located in the historic Camayo Arcade, Ashland’s Jim’s Hotdogs and Spaghetti is a small diner with lots of down home charm. The small hot dog joint also prides itself on its spicy meat sauce and some of the best coleslaw in town. It has been in existence for 42 years.
