Panbowl Lake was formed in 1963 when the panbowl-shaped North Fork of the Kentucky River was dammed due to the construction of KY HWY 15. The lake is about 7 miles long and 98 acres. This beautiful lake is in Jackson and is known for crappie and bass fishing.
