David Waltz’s Heart’s Image pottery and sculpture studio is located on a 67-acre farm in Adair County, Kentucky. David creates three-dimensional figurative sculptures, which are fired, then pit-fired to create a weathered look. All his functional and one-of-a kind pottery is made of stoneware clay and formed on a potter’s wheel or by hand. These pieces feature glazes that are non-toxic and lead free. David is a member of the Kentucky Craft Marketing Program and the Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsmen. Studio open by appointment.
